Mirum Cape Town is looking for that person who'll make visiting our office - and calling into our office - an unforgettable experience.
Someone who understands customer experience and how important every interaction with our clients, visitors and other colleagues is to us, and who'll make it a priority to keep the front-of-house in a way that's true to our brand and the pride we take in our work.
You'd be adding value by:
- Making visitors feel welcome, comfortable and attended to
- Making sure incoming calls are directed accurately the first time, and if the person they're trying to get hold of isn't available, giving them the peace of mind that the message they leave will be received and responded to
- Co-ordinating front-of-house marketing and communications, like the showreel and birthday banners
- Handling couriers and deliveries so that packages are sent to the right places and signed for as needed

We're not particular about the experience we're looking for, but the customer service element isn't negotiable, and we're looking for energy, drive, confidence and a sunny disposition - a radiator! An interest in marketing (or a similiar qualification) may mean you'll get further, faster, because you'll understand what we do.
