Mirum Cape Town are looking for an efficient and effective IT Support Manager, who'll work to boost the integrity and stability of our core information systems, and make sure our networks are well-maintained and supported.
Getting this done well means applying systematic and critical thinking, so that bugs and problems can be identified, communicated and resolved - so we're looking for someone smart, with at least five years' experience in a network support environment (with exposure to Windows 7, 8, 10, Office 365 and OSX), and backed by a relevant IT qualification. Experience with Mikrotik, Linux, and VOIP would move your application to the top of the list.
We're also big on curiosity and are naturally progressive, so a tendency to tinker with new software, systems and products - to make sure we have the best - would be a good fit. A sense of customer service is needed when it comes to helping colleagues with the maintenance of their devices, and because this position is one the most senior in the team, an inclination to guide and mentor juniors is a must.
