Digital Futures Initiative Picks Mirum to Help Guide Digitally Connected Youth

Mirum is proud to announce that we’ve been chosen as agency of record for the Digital Futures Initiative (DFI), a nonprofit organization that helps kids, parents and instructors use the power of digital, mobile and social media in a positive way.

Upon learning about the initiative, we knew we could bring innovation to DFI’s digital programs and help evolve their solutions. As digital leaders and content creators, Mirum is well positioned to teach future generations how to responsibly consume and interact with digital content.

Today’s digitally savvy youth are not immune to the pitfalls of the internet, driven by the ubiquitous presence of social media and mobile phones. Utilizing our expertise in data and analytics, experience design and communications messaging, Mirum brings a deep well of business expertise to help address an important social issue.

The campaign will kick off with Mirum rebranding DFI’s content and marketing efforts, supported by a redesigned website focused on teaching positive skills.

Mirum Project Manager Lindsay Jones said that the opportunity to work on DFI offers “enormous potential.”

“The dynamic of the client and project was already intriguing, and to be a part of a digital community like ours and being experts in this industry, I knew Mirum could make a huge difference,” she said.

“This nonprofit targets educating our youth on digital risks, and who else would be better to help build that content than us?”
